ROBO-RACE

EVENT 1 (Stage & Stairs) Building and Designing of a wireless/Wired controlled Robot in such a manner that it completes the allotted task, accomplishing all the hurdles in the shortest period of time with most efficiency.

Theme:-

  • Build and Design a Fast Wireless/Wired Controlled DC controlled Vehicle

  • Skills like Driving , Speed , Power, Time , Dimensions and Fabrication will be tested

  • Your robot should start from the START point and should stop at the center of the HOME.

  • Robot should all the hurdles of the path , Path will be having inclination and declination (Ramps, Tunnels, Rough Patches , Steep Curves Etc)

In our track there are various object used such as Object detectors, Automatic controls of the various hurdles, Rollers, Twisters, Blades, etc. with sensor based start and stop feature.

We have used the Led Seven segment display with start and stop features with help of IR Sensor in order to make the more transparent decision. For the attraction point of view we have used the Led strip and tried to make it at or best.

EVENT 2 (Line Follower) The Line follower robot is a mobile machine that can detect and follow the line drawn on the floor. Generally, the path is predefined and can be either visible like a black line on a white surface with a high contrasted color or it can be invisible like a magnetic field. Therefore, this kind of Robot should sense the line with its Infrared Ray (IR) sensors that installed under the robot. After that, the data is transmitted to the processor by specific transition buses. Hence, the processor is going to decide the proper commands and then it sends them to the driver and thus the path will be followed by the line follower robot.
